A good friend sent me that quote on the day of our departure for Spain. How apt as we begin this adventure in a new land that at times reminds me of some of the sleepy towns of Southern California. 

Truly a delight to walk the shore of the Mediterranean, taste the local cuisine and enjoy all the amenities of a first class hotel.

Terry is off to the local Sunday market while I take a few minutes to catch up with friends like you.

But the sun beckons and in the spirit of Mark Twain, I'm off to discover!
