MEET SUSAN VERDE

Over the past year, my daughter Carolyn has been using her Instagram platform to share her passion on the benefits of nature inspired play for children. Her creative ideas and emotional support at the.barefoot.babies have helped so many during these 'stay at home' times.

More recently, she has also been writing about how to raise antiracist children. In particular, Carolyn cites how so many children's books, including most of the classics, are sorely lacking in diversity.
