THE RENO

If you see me this week and notice my tee shirt is on inside out or my face has a five o'clock shadow, chalk it up to living like a bachelor.

Terry is off in California for a long overdue visit with her sister. I decided to stay home, far removed from the girl talk.

I am keeping busy as cheerleader, demolition man and cleaner-upper for my son-in-law Chris who is reno-ing our kitchen. 

Now where did I last see the kettle?

Luckily the entire project will only take about ten days.... Terry so clever for skipping the country. 

The contents of our kitchen shelves adorn both the dining and family rooms while the living room has become a work space for the project. 

I call it organized chaos. But why do we have 23 glasses and so many tea towels?

Hopefully we will be back to normal soon. I know Terry will be ever grateful for the wonderful upgrades to our kitchen space.
